Chapel Shepherds

This loving group of individuals visit the sick and homebound, send cards to those in need, keep in touch via telephone, and work with the pastor to bring communion to those who cannot come to worship.  Interested individuals should contact the office for meeting times and care list.

Outreach

Our mission outreach brings love and hope to members of our community.  We organize sewing projects for hospitals and nursing homes, and we collect and deliver items for various local charities.  Some of our recipients include: Clothes for Kids, Silver Santas, Grace House, Hospice, Pinellas County Schools, Pinellas Hope, VA shut-ins and many more.

Interfaith Food Pantry

Unopened, non-perishable food items are collected weekly in designated bins located in the Narthex.  The first Sunday of each month these items are blessed during worship and delivered to our local food bank.  Remember our neighbors in need look to supplemental foods all year round – not just at the holidays.  We encourage you to bring your item(s) each week or you may make a financial donation earmarked "Food Pantry".

Girl Scouts and Brownies

Local troops meet here regularly.  Consult the calendar for dates and times.

Ikebana

The Japanese flower arranging is a disciplined art form in which the arrangement is a living thing where nature and humanity are brought together.  It is a philosophy of developing a closeness with nature.  Ikebana members meet regularly September through May.

Moonlite Quilters
